Architectural Designer - Monte-Carlo, Monaco



We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Research materials and products to determine the most suitable options for each project
- Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines are met and designs are executed accurately

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer (minimum of 5 years)
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Monaco
- Strong design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
