IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and infrastructure of our company in La-Condamine. Your main role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our computer systems, networks, and software applications.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage the IT budget and make strategic decisions for technology investments
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making
- Train employees on proper use of technology systems and provide technical support when needed

- Conduct regular backups of company data to prevent loss or damage
- Evaluate current systems and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, database management, cybersecurity, and hardware/software troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and train team members
