Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Dubai. As the head of our kitchen, you will be responsible for creating and executing menus, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel. A culinary degree is preferred but not required. Salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute menus that align with our concept and customer preferences
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to high standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef
- Culinary degree is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Passion for food and creativity in menu development
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Experience with inventory control and cost management
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
This is a contract job with visa sponsorship available for foreigners. No English language skills are required for this position.
