Administrative Assistant for Kenyan Candidates in Vilnius, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily administrative tasks such as answering calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for the team
- Performing basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Coordinating travel arrangements for the team
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Kenyan nationality preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative role is required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable depending on experience)
