IT Manager for International Company in Beer-Sheva, Egypt


We are a rapidly growing international company in the field of information technology, and we are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Egypt. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our entire IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of all technological systems within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems
- Identify areas for improvement within the IT infrastructure and implement necessary changes
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and support when needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for upgrades or changes as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure all technology needs are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing an IT department
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
