IT Manager


We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's information technology systems and operations. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all technological aspects of our organization, including hardware, software, networks, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies in line with business objectives
- Manage and maintain all hardware and software systems, ensuring their reliability and security
- Oversee network infrastructure, including internet connectivity, firewalls, and VPNs
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness of technology processes
- Manage vendor relationships for IT products and services
- Train employees on new technologies and provide ongoing support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in information technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Proven experience managing complex systems and networks
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking protocols, security measures, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying technical issues
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts
