Office Assistant - Fonvieille, Monaco (Contract Position)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages)
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle confidential information in a professional manner
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with the organization of company events
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
