Office Assistant
Our busy office in Fonvieille is seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and time management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a team setting. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and providing them with information or assistance
- Maintaining an organized filing system for important documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings for employees
- Ordering and managing office supplies
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expenses
- Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, photocopying, and mailing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience working in an office setting is preferred but not required
