Waiter/Waitress - Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, take their orders and serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Ensure tables are set up properly and clean after each guest leaves
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
