Location: Balzers, Liechtenstein


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Preservation Architect to join our team in Balzers, Liechtenstein. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historic buildings and structures. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$, including accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historic buildings and structures to determine necessary preservation and restoration work
- Develop preservation plans and strategies, taking into account the historical significance of the building or structure
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to execute preservation and restoration projects
- Ensure that all work complies with local building codes and regulations
- Monitor project progress and make any necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Document all work done on the building or structure for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Preservation Architect
- Strong knowledge of historic preservation techniques, materials, and technologies
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of professionals from various backgrounds
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentation

Preferred:
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Balzers, Liechtenstein
- Experience working on historic buildings or structures in Balzers or surrounding areas
- Fluency in German (written and spoken)
