Concierge - Gujrat, Pakistan



We are currently seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge to join our team in Gujrat. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to provide personalized assistance to our guests. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for greeting guests, providing information about the local area, making reservations and arranging transportation. You will also handle guest requests and ensure their satisfaction during their stay. This is a contract position and the candidate must have their own valid visa for employment in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with other staff members to ensure guest needs are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality or customer service industry
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of local area attractions, events and resources
- Must have own valid visa for employment in Pakistan

Salary:
1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
