A prestigious architectural firm in Oslo is seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other professionals to develop preservation plans and oversee the implementation of restoration projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of historical buildings and structures to identify preservation needs
- Develop detailed preservation plans, including budget estimates and timelines
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project goals are met
- Oversee the implementation of restoration projects, including monitoring progress and quality control
- Conduct research on historical building materials, techniques, and design styles
- Ensure compliance with relevant preservation laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation of all preservation projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in preservation architecture
- Extensive knowledge of historical building materials, techniques, and design styles
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Understanding of relevant preservation laws and regulations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
