Job Title: Experienced Baker


We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Bergen. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products meet our high standards and are delivered to customers in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes or customer orders
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards and are visually appealing
- Keep track of inventory and order ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Train new bakers on techniques and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a professional baker
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and make adjustments when necessary
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)

Salary: $1700 per month (without accommodation)
Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
