We are seeking an experienced and passionate Online English Tutor to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an Online English Tutor, you will be responsible for teaching English to students from various African countries through online classes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online English classes for students from Africa, using interactive teaching methods and materials
- Develop lesson plans and course materials tailored to the needs of individual students
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback on areas of improvement
- Utilize various teaching tools such as videos, games, and activities to engage students and make learning fun
- Collaborate with other tutors to share best practices and improve teaching methods
- Stay up-to-date with current language learning trends and methods to continuously improve the quality of teaching
- Maintain regular communication with students and their parents/guardians regarding progress and any concerns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language, preferably to African students
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with online teaching platforms such as Zoom or Skype
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles
- Passion for teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. As this is an online role, you can work from the comfort of your own home. You will be required to work during African time zones, so flexibility in schedule is necessary.
