As a Cad Draftsman, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your main duties will include interpreting specifications, creating 2D and 3D models, and collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and quality of the designs.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Cad Draftsman
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings using CAD software based on project specifications
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs
- Generate 2D and 3D models for presentations and client approval
- Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Maintain organized project files and documentation for easy retrieval
- Communicate project progress to team members and provide regular updates
- Attend project meetings as needed to discuss design concepts or modifications
