Job Title: Part-time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in the US. This role is ideal for someone without prior experience in the field, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues
- Provide remote support to clients via phone or email
- Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1300 per month (based on a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week)

Location: US (remote position)
