IT Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in the USA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer support and troubleshooting, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position, with a monthly salary of $1400.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, applications, and peripherals
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions to technical problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as basic network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with common software applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Relevant certifications (such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus
