Computer Support Specialist

A reputable IT company based in the US is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Your duties will include diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of computer systems and networks, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required. Additional certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation, visa sponsorship, and airfare will be provided by the company.
