Formworker

We are a construction company based in Vilnius and we are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our team. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for building and installing concrete structures according to blueprints and specifications. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of forms
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal or other materials to build forms for concrete structures
- Set up and brace forms according to specifications
- Pour, spread and level concrete using hand tools or power tools
- Smooth and finish surfaces of concrete using trowels or screeds
- Install rebar or wire mesh reinforcements as needed
- Monitor the curing process of concrete and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards

Preferred qualifications:
- Biometric passport for travel within Europe (preferred but not required)
- Indian nationality (preferred but not required)

Salary:
Starting salary of $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
