Academic Tutor

Academic tutors are responsible for providing one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students in a specific subject area. As an academic tutor, you will be working closely with students to improve their understanding and performance in the subject, as well as helping them develop study skills and strategies. This position is suitable for men who have a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students
- Assessing student's strengths and weaknesses in the subject area
- Developing personalized study plans for each student
- Providing academic support and guidance to help students achieve their goals
- Identifying areas of improvement and developing strategies to address them
- Monitoring student's progress and adjusting study plans accordingly
- Communicating with parents or guardians about student's progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area or related field
- Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Organizational skills to manage multiple students and their schedules effectively

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in La-Condamine, Monaco.

Contract Type:
This is a contract job with flexible working hours. The length of the contract will depend on the duration of tutoring services needed by the student(s).
