We are currently hiring a Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Dickirch. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing a team of Indian employees, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach team members to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Indian employees
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and ensure they are met
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to improve productivity
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide development opportunities for team members
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and open communication
- Manage conflicts within the team and find solutions to maintain a harmonious work environment
- Act as a liaison between the team and upper management, providing updates on team progress and any challenges faced

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national or have extensive experience working with Indian employees
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (no other language required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided

- No previous experience necessary; training will be provided

Salary:
Starting salary of 1600$ per month with potential for growth within the company.

Location:
This position is located in Dickirch, Luxembourg. Relocation assistance is not provided.
