Concierge


We are currently seeking a friendly and attentive Concierge to join our team in Herzliya. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Nepali and have a strong knowledge of the local area. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs and requests, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities and services to effectively assist guests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Keep the lobby area clean and organized at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- Fluent in Nepali (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken)
- Strong knowledge of the Herzliya area
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly demeanor with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be eligible to work in Israel with visa sponsorship if required

Salary: 1700$ per month (part-time)

Location: Herzliya, Israel
