Administrator - Siauliai, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Administrator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our company and providing administrative support to all departments. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with budgeting and invoicing
- Support HR with onboarding new employees
- Liaise with external vendors and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluent in Lithuanian (English is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous experience in administrative role is preferred but not required
