Construction Project Manager - Os, Turkey

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Os, Turkey. Your role will involve planning, organizing and managing resources to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. You will also be responsible for maintaining project budgets and schedules, as well as ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Prepare project budgets and schedules, and monitor progress against them
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review and approve project designs, plans and specifications
- Conduct site inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders and other related documents
- Keep clients informed about project progress through regular updates

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in construction management or related field
- Familiarity with construction laws, building codes and safety regulations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Biometric passport or Turkish citizenship preferred
