Our construction company in Os is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects and ensure their successful completion within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and the ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality workmanship.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software.
