Architectural Manager - Dickirch, Egypt


We are a rapidly expanding architectural firm based in Dickirch, seeking an experienced and driven Architectural Manager to join our team. As the Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our architectural projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout all project phases
- Develop project plans and budgets, coordinating with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans and local regulations
- Collaborate with external contractors, engineers, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution
- Review and approve design proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Prepare progress reports for clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Excellent knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methods, materials, and local building codes
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit etc.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards successful project delivery
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary package of $1600 per month along with visa sponsorship for non-Egyptian applicants. This is a full-time position but we also welcome part-time applicants who can commit at least 20 hours per week.
