Architecture Manager

We are a well-established architecture firm located in Dickirch, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support throughout the project life cycle
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is reflected in the design
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and budget constraints
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary: $1700/month
