Contract Painter in Vilnius

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team on a contract basis in Vilnius. As a Contract Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and other finishes to various surfaces according to specifications. You must have at least 2 years of experience as a Painter and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications
- Apply paint or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and smooth finish
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Painter
- Proven ability to apply various paints and finishes with precision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of color mixing and matching techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred)
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Lithuania
