As an Architecture Manager in Beer-Sheva, Israel, you will lead and manage a team of architects to ensure the successful completion of various construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from initial planning to final execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects to ensure timely and quality completion of projects
- Oversee the design process and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and budgets
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to inspect progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve architectural plans, specifications, and materials

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
