The renowned bakery in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and creating delicious treats that leave our customers craving for more. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the bakery and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, and other ingredients according to recipes.
- Bake pastries, breads, and other baked goods in accordance with established standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques.
- Ensure all products are baked and finished on time for daily orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform management when supplies need to be restocked.
- Maintain clean work area and follow food safety guidelines at all times.
- Train new employees on baking techniques, recipes, and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new products or improve existing ones.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a baker in a professional kitchen or bakery setting.
- Proven track record of producing high quality baked goods while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of various baking techniques such as decorating cakes, making doughs, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month along with benefits including visa sponsorship (for non-UAE nationals).
