We are a fast-paced and dynamic architectural firm seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Herzliya. This is a full-time position, open to all nationalities, with accommodation provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction, with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design team to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for projects
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and other documents for construction
- Assist with project management and coordination of contractors and subcontractors
- Keep up-to-date with building regulations and codes
- Utilize computer software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp to create 2D/3D models
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of building construction methods, materials, and techniques
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.
