We are in search of a skilled and efficient Dismantler to join our team in Utena. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for carefully taking apart various structures and equipment, salvaging valuable materials and parts for reuse or recycling. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble structures and equipment according to safety protocols
- Sort and organize salvaged materials and parts
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery as needed
- Identify valuable materials for reuse or recycling
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate any issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Dismantler or similar role preferred
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working with hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery
- Attention to detail and ability to identify valuable materials
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English (speaking jobs) required
