Art Director (Egyptian Nationals Only)


Our rapidly growing advertising agency in Al-Khor, Egypt is seeking an experienced and highly creative Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development of visual concepts and designs for various marketing campaigns, ensuring that they align with our clients' brand identities. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our clients and account executives to understand their marketing objectives and develop creative strategies
- Lead a team of designers and artists to create high-quality visual concepts that effectively communicate the desired message
- Develop and present creative concepts to clients, incorporating their feedback and making necessary revisions
- Ensure that all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are visually appealing across various mediums (print, digital, etc.)
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations in design techniques to continuously improve our work

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role within an advertising agency
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, technical skills, and experience with various design software (Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively present ideas to clients
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality
- A passion for art and design with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, etc.
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken)

Salary: 1600$ monthly
