Locksmith Supervisor


We are in need of a skilled Locksmith Supervisor to join our team in Acre. As a Locksmith Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of locksmiths, key makers, and other related workers. Your role will involve training and mentoring new employees, assigning tasks and schedules, as well as maintaining inventory and ordering supplies. You must have prior experience as a locksmith and possess strong leadership skills to effectively supervise your team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month, along with accommodation, free visa, and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor new locksmiths and key makers
- Assign tasks and schedules to team members
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of locks and security systems
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Order necessary supplies when needed
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise on the job site

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a locksmith or in a similar supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks, security systems, and key making techniques
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate team members
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, employees, and suppliers
- Must be physically fit to perform duties such as lifting heavy equipment or working in small spaces
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings if needed

Preferred:
- Certification or license as a locksmith or in a related field
- Previous experience working with electronic security systems
- Experience working with different types of locks such as traditional mechanical locks or digital locks
