Construction Project Manager


We are currently hiring a Construction Project Manager for our growing company in Al Buraymi. This is a full-time position that requires experience in construction management, preferably in the Middle East region. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, including budget, schedule, and quality control.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop project plans and schedules, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
- Review and approve project budget estimates and monitor expenses throughout the construction process.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on job sites.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management.
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with various stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Ability to lead a team and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
