Sales Associate

Salary: $900 per month (plus commission)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting and selling our products or services, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $900 per month plus commission.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new clients through networking, cold calling, and other means
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential and current clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after sales transactions
- Keep track of inventory levels and communicate any product shortages to management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors' activities, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory if needed.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
