IT Manager


We are a fast-growing IT company based in Acre, seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology systems, ensuring their functionality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all technological systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security protocols
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of data
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and make recommendations for improvement
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of new systems
- Train employees on new technologies and provide technical support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Manage relationships with external vendors for hardware, software, and other IT services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure

Preferred:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- Fluent in English
