Gardener - Acre, Canada

We are hiring a skilled Gardener to join our team in Acre, Canada. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our gardens and green spaces. Your main duties will include planting and pruning trees and shrubs, watering and fertilizing plants, and controlling pests and diseases.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for gardening and a good understanding of plant care techniques. You should also have excellent physical stamina as this job requires a lot of manual labor. Previous experience or training in horticulture or landscaping is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Plant new trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to the garden design plans
- Prune trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and promote healthy growth
- Water plants regularly to ensure they receive proper hydration
- Apply fertilizers to promote plant growth
- Monitor plants for pests and diseases and take necessary measures to control them
- Maintain garden equipment and tools in good working condition
- Keep the garden clean by removing weeds, fallen leaves, and other debris
- Collaborate with other team members to plan new garden designs or improvements

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of plant care techniques such as planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing
- Ability to use gardening tools like lawnmowers, trimmers, shears
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills
- Passion for gardening

Salary: 1600$ per month.
