The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Os, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office management or administration and be able to work independently while also being a team player.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering, tracking inventory, and maintaining budget.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging travel accommodations for staff.
- Create and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Train new employees on office procedures and provide ongoing support to current staff.
- Handle payroll processing and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
- Act as the main point of contact for all visitors, responding to inquiries or redirecting them as necessary.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or administration.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

Salary:
1300$ per month

Os (with accommodation)

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager who can maintain an efficient and well-functioning workplace. As an essential member of our team in Os, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Prior experience in office management or administration is required, along with a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also handle payroll processing and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to budget. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining office policies and procedures to promote efficient operations.
