We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter to join our team in Remish, Nepal. As a Painter, you will be responsible for painting the interior and exterior of buildings, including homes, offices, and commercial spaces. This is a contract job with an initial salary of 1500$, with potential for growth based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Ensure neatness and precision while painting
- Clean up work area after completing job
- Repair damaged surfaces as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Painting certification or relevant training
- Experience working in residential or commercial settings
- Good communication skills in English
