We are searching for a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Washington, USA. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time employment in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project needs, goals and budget
- Create and present architectural designs, plans and proposals to clients
- Oversee the development of project plans, schedules and budgets
- Manage project teams and ensure project tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Review and approve all project deliverables, including drawings, specifications, reports, etc.
- Ensure all projects comply with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and management
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in the USA
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Indian nationality preferred
