Part-Time Team Lead


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Team Lead to join our team in La-Condamine. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of employees and ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet company goals. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of employees, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems
- Communicate with upper management to provide updates on team performance and progress towards goals
- Handle any conflicts or issues within the team in a professional manner
- Ensure that all team members are following company policies and maintaining a positive work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects at once
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and achieving goals
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Salary:
Starting salary for this part-time position is $1200 per month.

Location:
La-Condamine is a beautiful city located in the Principality of Monaco. While it is preferred for the candidate to be local or have their own visa, we are open to considering candidates from other nationalities as long as they have proper legal authorization to work in Monaco.
