Barista (Malayalees preferred)
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia


A busy and popular café in St. Petersburg is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. We are specifically looking for Malayalees who are fluent in English to cater to our diverse clientele. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided, as well as a free visa and ticket to Russia.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, as well as other drinks and snacks on our menu. You must have a strong knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and be able to create latte art. You should also possess excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks according to customer orders
- Maintain cleanliness of the café, including the espresso machine, counters, and seating areas
- Take orders from customers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Restock supplies when needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
- Ability to create latte art
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail
