Construction Project Manager


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including hiring subcontractors, obtaining necessary permits, and managing project timelines
- Monitor progress and ensure that all work is being carried out according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep projects on track
- Manage project budgets and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure that all work meets building codes, regulations, and other legal requirements
- Provide regular updates on project progress to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager in the Indian market
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes/regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
