Construction Project Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, budgeting, and execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in managing construction projects, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on schedule and within budget
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed
- Communicate project updates to all stakeholders including clients, team members, and management
- Provide guidance and support to project team members throughout the construction process
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Experience working on commercial construction projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management software
- Must be able to work well under pressure

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Atlanta (candidates from Egypt or other foreign countries are welcome)

Employment Type: Contract (duration may vary depending on project)
