Job Title: Architectural Manager



As an Architectural Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction process of various projects in La-Condamine. Your main role will be to ensure that all architectural designs meet the client's requirements and are completed within budget and on time. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and coordinating with other professionals such as engineers, contractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall design process from concept to completion
- Review and approve all architectural designs before they are presented to clients
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop project plans and budgets
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Oversee the work of architects, designers, and drafters on your team
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure design specifications are being followed accurately
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Address any issues or concerns that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Prior experience managing a team is preferred
