Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architecture Manager to join our team in La Condamine. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design to construction completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in the development of architectural designs and plans
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to ensure project specifications are met
- Oversee construction progress and provide guidance as needed
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with design plans
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Monaco
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Salary: $1100/month (negotiable based on experience)
