Construction Site Manager - Indian Nationals (Contract)


We are hiring a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sharjah, UAE. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the construction site and ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage all construction activities on site, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that project specifications are met.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure their work meets project requirements.
- Handle any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate records of all site activities.

Requirements:
- Indian National with a valid biometric passport.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE or GCC region.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
