Construction Manager - Ar Rumaythiyah, Egypt

We are in need of an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Ar Rumaythiyah, Egypt. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project from start to finish, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from beginning to end
- Prepare budget estimates and monitor project costs
- Create and maintain project schedules
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Review and approve project designs and materials
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Address any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$. However, salary may vary depending on qualifications and experience.

This is a full-time job without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Egypt.
