Indian Nurse - Contract Position in Bungoma


We are seeking a qualified Indian Nurse to join our healthcare team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Contract Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and adhering to medical protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Adhere to strict medical protocols and infection control procedures.
- Monitor medical equipment and report any malfunctions or need for repairs.
- Keep abreast of current nursing practices and attend training sessions as required.

Requirements:
- Must be a registered nurse with a valid nursing license from India.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Familiarity with Indian healthcare practices and protocols preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (additional knowledge of Swahili is an advantage).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Must be willing to work on a contract basis in Bungoma, Kenya.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this contract position. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.
